May god have mercy on the poor unfortunate souls forced to deal with this collection of thieves. The passive aggressive replies to every negative review shirking responsibility pretty much sums up my experience with them. After my car was towed out of a lot for improper parking which I do not dispute at 4pm the woman I spoke to at the front desk gave me incorrect information about my ability to pick up my car prior to them closing at 5pm resulting in an additional $40 charge for 2 days of storage. When I spoke to her in person the next day, she was more concerned with fixing her facial piercings than processing me out and denied ever giving me that information. Once I informed her that I had in fact recorded the call and she did give me that information, she proceeded to be as rude and passive aggressive as she could get away with. Once I finally got to my car, $20 in cash was stolen from my car by a member while it was left in their yard overnight after they had denied me the opportunity to retrieve it the same day, and when I inquired about it I was told they aren’t responsible for what happens in their lot overnight.

Riggs Towing Service. Very customer driven! My needs were not immediate they responded in good time. My needs were for a flatbed. Driver was courteous and shared his name. He asked a few questions and explained/demonstrated what was to take place. He was an experience, skilled and safe bed operator. Very likeable and easy to work with. Prices were very fair. I would highly recommend Riggs for flatbed towing. Ask for Allen M. He will do the job correctly.

I was stranded on Interstate 80 during rush hour and they got to me within 20 minutes. They gave me a ride and towed my car to the garage. It’s nice to have someone to trust when you are already stressed. Price was reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about Keegan from Riggs Towing. After making the mistake of driving my Tesla down a level B road, he showed up first thing the next morning. From the start, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and beyond helpful. You could tell right away that he’s not just excellent at his job, but also a genuinely good human being. His professionalism, honesty, and calm attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The pricing was extremely fair, and the service was superb from start to finish. I would recommend Keegan and Riggs Towing to absolutely anyone who finds themselves in need of towing or recovery services. If you want someone who goes above and beyond while treating you with respect and kindness, Keegan is your guy.

I was driving east bound visiting a family member from Cedar Rapids, IA and I had a tire blow out on I 80 E long story short my tow driver “AL” was quick to arrive on the scene and have my vehicle towed to the nearest fire stone. He was very professional, insightful, and he even gave me a few stops to visit if I’m ever in town. Nothing bad to say about this guy at all! Highly recommend.
